How Products Get Picked
Every product card on this site traces back to the article it appears on. Our internal inventory maps products to pages only when the article's body text already discusses the practice or item in a practical, non-promotional way — a page about psyllium is the only kind of page that shows a psyllium card. Pages about screening, medications, red-flag symptoms, or clinical handoffs carry no products at all.
- 🎯 Tier 1 — the product is directly named or demonstrated in the article body.
- 🛠️ Tier 2 — the product directly enables a behavior the article teaches.
- 🔭 Tier 3 — broader relevance only; never treated as an endorsement.
Product cards carry a one-line benefit and a caution line (risks, interactions, or individual-variation notes). Nothing on this site is a treatment claim, and no product is presented as preventing, curing, or reversing any disease.
What We Don't Do
- 🚫 No paid placements, sponsored posts, or brand partnerships.
- 🚫 No "best product" rankings — links go to plain category searches.
- 🚫 No commissions on sauna or cold-exposure gear, hearing aids, or medical devices.
